Employment
Practices
It
is the policy of LILO to provide equal employment
opportunity to qualified applicants based
upon merit, performance, and experience
without regard to race, religion, color,
national origin, ancestry, citizenship,
sex, age, or disability. This policy includes
all recruiting and hiring activities, training,
administration of all wage and salary programs,
benefit administration, disciplinary actions,
and any other personnel policies and procedures.
Smoking is banned
in all areas of our offices. LILO supports
a drug-free workplace and requires that
all offers of employment be contingent on
satisfactory pre-employment drug test results.
All
applicants are subject to having their education
verified, former employers contacted for
references, and criminal records checked.
ALL
positions may require job-content based
written or computerized and validated tests
for the purpose of determining job skills.
The legal exam may be requested by us. The
applicant must take the exam (if required)
at our office.
